How fast can I lose weight?
Not very fast, I sincerely hope! This is not a quick weight loss program. The reason that this weight management program has a three month minimum membership is that it is designed to help you lose weight while maintaining good health. Quick weight loss programs are not healthy. At one time, I was 209 lb, and I am only 5'10". I am now about 162 lb, and have maintained that weight for some years. My target was 163 lb. The reason I choose that particular weight is that it was my fighting weight when I was active in the martial arts. That was in the 1960's when I was in my twenties. I am now 73 years old, and my weight is essentially what it was about a half-century ago. I lost slowly, and I did work out 3 times per week in a gym. I still do! It is very important to preserve your muscle mass while you are losing fat. Another benefit in losing weight slowly, I believe, is that you don't add years to your face because of your weight loss. Slow weight loss allows your skin and other tissues to adjust over time, thus avoiding the facial wrinkles brought on by a rapid weight loss.
There are plenty of quick weight loss programs out there that will promise effortless miracles. Ours is not, and never will be, one of them.
It is well-known that people who lose weight quickly usually gain it all back, and occasionally then some. Look upon this as a training program. With our help, you learn to take it off and keep it off.
