Below is a screen shot of the Main Menu page. Here you see four principal topics: your food diary, stats, graphs and settings.

First, your daily food journal is essential to this program. You have the current day, of course,dish of fruit but you can also refer back to your food diary for the current month, or for that matter, ever since you started the program.

Next, the stats allow you to see a summary of your results both for the present month, and for all the months that you have been in the program. These are in tabular form.

If you would like to see your results shown in graphical form, that is readily available in the next section. Here, you can view a graph of your weight, day by day. You can also see a graph of your total calories as a function of time. The same is true for your grams of fat. Finally, you may see a graph of your average % fat calories over the course of each month.
