How do I set the date and enter my weight?
After you have clicked the Enter what you consumed link, you will see the following two items at the top of the page. Make sure the date shown is correct. If not, just click on the little calendar. When you do, you will see the following:

Here, the single arrows add (or subtract) the months, and the double arrows add (or subtract) the years. When you are in the month and year you desire, simply click on the date you want, and it will set the page to that date.
Next, enter your weight today in the box shown below, and click Save. You must click Save for the new weight to take effect. This is necessary every single day!
Now you may proceed to select your meal (see meal selection), and the foods (see food selection) for that meal.
